Volleyball Recap: Iowa-Grant Has No Trouble Against Boscobel

Iowa-Grant not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 15, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Boscobel Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Iowa-Grant never let Boscobel on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 26-24, 25-15.

Iowa-Grant can attribute much of their success to Emery Riemanapp, who had nine digs and three aces. Those three aces gave Riemanapp a new career-high.

Riemanapp wasn't the only good servers: Iowa-Grant was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive matches.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-15. As for Boscobel, their loss dropped their record down to 0-14.

Iowa-Grant wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Fennimore on the 25th. As for Boscobel, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Southwestern on the 25th.
