Volleyball Recap: Honeoye Falls-Lima Now 5-1 over Last Six Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Eastridge, Honeoye Falls-Lima was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Greece Arcadia Titans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Honeoye Falls-Lima was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 24-26, 25-14.

Isabella Hendler paced Honeoye Falls-Lima's offense, picking up 11 kills. Hendler got some help from Zoey Schrader and her 22 assists. Ashley Parrish controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Honeoye Falls-Lima is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Greece Arcadia, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Honeoye Falls-Lima is set to face off against their familiar foe Sutherland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Greece Arcadia will challenge rival Brockport at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
