Basketball Recap: Bismarck Triumphs

Bismarck took a 21-point loss the last time they faced off against Minot North, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bismarck Demons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 win over Minot North on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 74-53 back in January.

Bismarck has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points over those games. Minot North has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Bismarck has already played their next contest (against Minot), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Minot North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
