Atrisco Heritage Academy's Jesus "Ricci" Alvidrez recorded the longest rushing play in 5A District 5 this season in his game against Centennial last week. Alvidrez scampered for 68 yards on the play and finished with 347 on the day as his team beat the Hawks.

Jordan Vigil and Martin Ortiz provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Centennial. The connection was good for 90 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.

Atrisco Heritage Academy's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Vigil threw for 143 yards and Ortiz had 140 yards receiving.

Atrisco Heritage Academy was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after defeating Centennial. The Jaguars came in at 20 in the state poll after placing at number 29 last week.
