Basketball Recap: Milken Takes a Loss

Milken's tournament run continued when they took on Digital Pioneers Academy on Monday. The game between the Wildcats and the Pythons didn't end well, with the Wildcats falling 68-53. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 241st in California, while the Pythons are ranked 15th in District of Columbia).

Milken's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Digital Pioneers Academy, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Milken didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-44 loss against Menlo School on the 30th. As for Digital Pioneers Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 55-50 victory against Pilibos on the 30th.
