Soccer Recap: Renton Takes a Loss

Renton managed to slip by Lindbergh the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Renton came up short against Lindbergh on Tuesday, falling 4-1. Renton were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lindbergh apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Renton dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Lindbergh, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Renton will head out to face off against Evergreen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lindbergh, they will venture away from home to square off against Sultan at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lindbergh will need to watch out since Sultan has now posted at least four goals in their last three games.
