Volleyball Recap: Des Moines North Comes Up Short

Des Moines North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Perry Bluejays. The Polar Bears were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bluejays from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Des Moines North's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Perry, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-20.

Des Moines North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Perry, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Boone on the 18th.
