Basketball Preview: Van-Far Indians vs. Wright City Wildcats
Van-Far is 8-2 against Wright City since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Van-Far Indians will welcome the Wright City Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Van-Far is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.1 points per game this season.
Van-Far fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Clopton on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 63-52 to the Hawks. While the Indians didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Hawks 15-10 in the first quarter.

Van-Far's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Pacey Reading, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards, and Gaven Gaston, who went 7-for-14 on his way to 14 points and three steals. Reading's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryce Reading, who posted six points.

The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.6 points over those games. As for Van-Far, their loss dropped their record down to 16-9.
