After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Archbishop Carroll brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They secured a 55-49 W over the Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights on Wednesday. The Lions' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Miyazia Harris, who went 6 of 8 from beyond the arc to rack up 24 points and eight boards. What's more, Harris also posted a 75% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in December of 2023. Jonae McKnight was another key player, going 6 for 7 on her way to 15 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Archbishop Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 2-16. As for Friendship Collegiate Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.
