Highline is 8-2 against Renton since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Pirates will challenge the Red Hawks at 3:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Highline and 18 for Renton dating back to last season.

Highline lost 14-2 to Cedarcrest on Friday.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Renton's offense. They came up short against Sammamish on Friday, falling 11-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Red Hawks were not able to get on the board.

Highline's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Renton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Everything went Highline's way against Renton in their previous meeting back in March, as Highline made off with a 24-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
