Baseball Game Preview: Entrepreneur Panthers vs. Miller Rebels

For the second straight game, Entrepreneur will face off against Miller. The Panthers will square off against the Rebels at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Entrepreneur comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Entrepreneur fell victim to Miller and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Rebels, falling 25-0.

For Miller's part, Ilya Ridge was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Ridge has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in ten consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with two RBI.

In other batting news, Nathan Lora was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with six RBI, three runs, and one triple. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Michael Castillo was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four runs and two RBI.

Miller kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 26 hits. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Miller has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Entrepreneur, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.
