Volleyball Recap: Scotts Valley Falcons vs. Soquel Knights
Scotts Valley won the last time they faced Soquel, and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Scotts Valley Falcons put the hurt on the Soquel Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.
Scotts Valley walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 25-13.
Despite the loss, Soquel had strong showings from Lily Juarez-Sapone, who had six digs and 13 assists, and Gianna Audisio, who had 14 digs. Juarez-Sapone is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in the last five games she's played.
Scotts Valley's victory bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Soquel, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 15-14 record.
