Tecumseh is 8-1 against Adrian since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will venture away from home to face off against the Maples at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Tecumseh will bounce into Friday's game after beating Jackson, who they had gone 1-7 against in their eight prior meetings. The Indians put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 34-14 victory on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Indians considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Chance Gormley had a dynamite game, rushing for 168 yards and two scores, while also throwing for 115 yards and a pair of TDs.

Meanwhile, while Adrian put up some points on Friday, the same can't be said for Lincoln. The Maples skirted past the Railsplitters 3-0. Those three points were actually the fewest the Maples have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

The win made it two in a row for Adrian and bumps their season record up to 4-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 18 points in those games. As for Tecumseh, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Tecumseh was able to grind out a solid win over Adrian when the teams last played back in September of 2024, winning 20-10. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
