Soccer Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

Heritage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 469th, while the Hustlers are ranked 184th).

Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 1-15-1. As for Melbourne Central Catholic, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-3-2.

As of now, neither Heritage nor Melbourne Central Catholic have any future games scheduled.
