Woodstock Academy won the last time they faced Montville and things went their way on Thursday too. The Centaurs blew past the Wolves 12-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Centaurs.

Kaya Nichols spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up seven Ks.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Ellary Sampson, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. Campbell Favreau was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

Woodstock Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Montville only posted a batting average of .250.

Woodstock Academy's record now sits at 2-0. As for Montville, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
