After only one run in their last match, Granby made sure to put some runs up on the board against Manor on Friday. The Comets blew past the Mustangs 14-7. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Comets also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Granby's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Manor, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, Granby will venture away from home to square off against Norcom at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Greyhounds have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.67 runs per game on average), something the Comets will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Manor, they will be playing at home against Maury at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mustangs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Commodores have averaged an impressive 9.5 runs per game this season.
