Soccer Recap: Monroe-Woodbury Comes Up Short

Monroe-Woodbury managed to slip by Bethlehem Central the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Crusaders came up short against the Eagles on Friday, falling 6-1. Monroe-Woodbury were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bethlehem Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Monroe-Woodbury's goal came courtesy of Klement BUJAJ, which was the first he's scored this season.

Monroe-Woodbury's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Monroe-Woodbury will head out on the road to face off against Warwick at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bethlehem Central, they will face off against Christian Brothers Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
