Volleyball Recap: Arapahoe Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Arapahoe won the last time they faced Alma and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cardinals.

While Arapahoe won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22.

Emma Strand paced Arapahoe's offense, picking up nine kills. Strand got some help from Sawyer Shafer and her 14 assists. Taytum Roskop controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Arapahoe's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-6. As for Alma, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.

Arapahoe will host Bertrand on Thursday. As for Alma, they are taking a road trip to take on Phillipsburg on Thursday.
