Basketball Recap: Akron Rams vs. Belleview Christian Bruins
Akron won the last time they faced Belleview Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Rams blew past the Bruins 67-41.
Leading Akron to victory were Kolten Randel and Jace Curtis. Randel went 10-for-17 on his way to 26 points and four steals, while Curtis shot 88% from the field to rack up 18 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Curtis is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last five games he's played dating back to last season. Trigg Weis was another key player, putting up six points.
