Football Game Preview: West Stokes Wildcats vs. Forbush Falcons

The West Stokes Wildcats will face off against the Forbush Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (West Stokes has three straight victories, Forbush has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

West Stokes not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since August 29th (when they won 49-0). They took their game with ease, bagging a 42-9 win over Surry Central.

Meanwhile, Forbush played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by North Surry and fell 48-13. The Falcons were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.

Although Forbush took the loss, they still got scores from Trey Speaks and Spencer Foster.

West Stokes' victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Forbush, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.
