Volleyball Recap: Trenton Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Thursday. Trenton took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Leonard. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Leonard this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Tuesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Trenton and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for Leonard, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Trenton and Leonard will both be playing Savoy the next time they take the court. Leonard will head out to face Savoy at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Trenton will play them later in the day, at 4:45 p.m.
