Keene faced Mascenic Regional in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Blackbirds were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Vikings. The win was some much needed relief for the Blackbirds as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Keene now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Mascenic Regional, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Mascenic Regional didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Bishop Guertin on the 21st. Hopefully Keene paid attention to the Vikings' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
