Softball Recap: Calabasas Takes a Loss

Calabasas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 15-1 to the Louisville Royals. The Coyotes were not able to make up for their defeat to the Royals from their previous meeting back in March of 2023.

Calabasas saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Manno, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Calabasas' loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Louisville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calabasas will host Westlake at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Louisville, they will be playing at home against Harvard-Westlake at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
