MIAMI, Fla. -
Killian (Miami, Fla.) put up 14 points in the fourth quarter in Saturday's game to seal their 24-0 victory over
South Dade (Homestead, Fla.).
After taking the lead on a field goal in the first quarter, the Cougars led 3-0 at the half.
Killian expanded its lead to 10 points entering the fourth quarter. KHS's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run.
The loss snapped the Buccaneers' 8-game winning streak.
Led by
Jaquan Johnson, the Miami school had given up an average of 11.1 points prior to the contest.
The Cougars also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 22-7.
