Baldwin has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.88 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Tuesday. They lost 16-6 to the Trinity Hillers. The Highlanders' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ryley Shaw was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Baldwin's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Trinity, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Baldwin will square off against South Park at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something the Highlanders surely won't give up without a fight. Trinity does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
