Silver Valley was the 81-67 winner over Apple Valley when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Silver Valley Trojans took a 60-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Apple Valley Sun Devils. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Silver Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Apple Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Silver Valley and Eldorado will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 8:45 a.m. on January 2, 2025. Silver Valley knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Eldorado likes a good challenge. As for Apple Valley, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Big Bear at 5:30 p.m. on December 30th. Big Bear is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 69.4 points per game this season.
