Basketball Recap: Pike Liberal Arts Takes a Loss

Pike Liberal Arts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 60-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northside Methodist Academy Knights. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-48 last Monday.

Pike Liberal Arts' loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Northside Methodist Academy, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-17.

Pike Liberal Arts has already played their next contest, a 66-47 defeat against Luverne on the 14th. As for Northside Methodist Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 56-51 win against Wicksburg on the 14th.
