Factoring in results and schedule strength, MaxPreps partner Ned Freeman at CalPreps.com has produced dynasty ratings for the top high school football programs in all 50 states.

Freeman's rating takes into account games going back to 2003, giving fans and readers and unmatched look at the high school football landscape over the past 15 years.

We head down South to Louisiana, which boasts six teams to finish among the Top 25 over the last 15 seasons.
