Football Game Preview: Manalapan Braves vs. Wall Township Crimson Knights + How To Watch

The Manalapan Braves will head out on the road to challenge the Wall Township Crimson Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Manalapan is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Manalapan had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 28-point drubbing they dealt Brick Township on Friday. The Braves breezed past the Green Dragons to the tune of 34-6. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Braves' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Green Dragons are ranked 154th).

Meanwhile, Wall Township beat Raritan 21-14 last Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Crimson Knights in their matchups with the Rockets: they've now won four in a row.

Wall Township now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Manalapan, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Manalapan and Wall Township were almost perfectly matched up in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but Manalapan suffered an agonizing 7-6 loss. Can the Braves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
