Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arlington Heights). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Trimble Tech Bulldogs 105-17. The win was familiar territory for the Yellowjackets who have now won three matches in a row.

Da?Marcus Jones was his usual excellent self, going 6 of 11 from beyond the arc on his way to 32 points along with six steals and five boards. He is becoming a predictor of Arlington Heights' success: when he posts at least 15 points the team is 6-3 (and 8-9 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Mitchell Carpenter, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards.

Arlington Heights smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Arlington Heights pushed their record up to 14-12 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points per game. As for Trimble Tech, they are on an 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-18.

Coincidentally, Arlington Heights and Trimble Tech will both be playing Wyatt the next time they take the court. Trimble Tech will host Wyatt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Arlington Heights will host them at 8:00 p.m. on January 14th.
