Alexandria extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Tyshawn Duncan. The Trojans blew past the Bunkie Panthers 72-47 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Duncan, who almost dropped a double-double with 26 points and nine rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 16.2 points per game.

Another player making a difference was Jarvell Bordelon, who shot 54% from the field to rack up 22 points and six boards. The contest was his third in a row with at least 20 points.

Alexandria's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Bunkie, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coming up, Alexandria will take on Avoyelles in a tournament on Thursday. As for Bunkie, they are taking a road trip to square off against Southside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
