            Tallulah Academy lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Wilkinson County Christian Academy, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's   matchup. The Trojans blew past the Rams 13-4 on Friday. That nine run margin sets a new team best for the Trojans this season.

 JT McDaniel was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run over five innings pitched. He also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Tallulah Academy is 2-1 when he allows at  most  one  earned run, but 1-3 otherwise. McDaniel was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Luke Moberley, who  scored three  runs and  stole four bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most  stolen bases  he has posted since back in February of 2024. Tallulah Academy's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 3-4. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Wilkinson County Christian Academy, they now  have a losing record of 7-8.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Tallulah Academy beat the Rams by a score of  5-4 later that day.
