The matchup between Morgan and Old Lyme on Monday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Huskies blew past the Wildcats 8-1. Morgan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by three goals or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Morgan and bumps their season record up to 10-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those two contests. As for Old Lyme, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7-2.
