Basketball Game Preview: Revere Minutemen vs. Copley Indians

Revere and Copley are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2019, but not for long. The Revere Minutemen will look to defend their home court on Saturday against the Copley Indians at 1:00 p.m.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 59-28, which was the final score in Revere's tilt against Highland on Friday. The matchup marked the Minutemen's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Copley entered their tilt with Trinity on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They snuck past the Trojans with a 42-37 win. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 47th, while the Trojans are ranked 205th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Revere's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Copley, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.
