Devion Penny produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Lafayette Jefferson to the win on Saturday. Penny dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten boards. The effort marked the most points he has had since back in January of 2024. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Penny and Lafayette Jefferson will take on McCutcheon at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bronchos got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Mavericks, probably because Penny had a solid game then too: he went 5 for 10 on his way to 18 points.
