Basketball Recap: Johnson City Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Johnson City extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Jadyn Jenkins. The Johnson City Eagles enjoyed a cozy 55-38 win over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on Thursday thanks in part to Jenkins, who went 9 for 18 on his way to 18 points in addition to seven steals and six assists. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Odiorne, who posted four points along with ten boards and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Johnson City's victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Johnson City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-40 defeat against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on the 12th. As for Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 52-30 win against Tioga on the 12th.
