If Winthrop College Prep Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played St. Petersburg, they should've done a better job of containing Nijaun Harris. The Green Devils enjoyed a cozy 82-63 win over the Spartans on Saturday with plenty of help from Harris, who shot 4-for-6 from deep and dropped a double-double with 24 points and ten rebounds. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 22 points.

Despite the loss, Winthrop College Prep Academy still got an impressive performance from Kai Brookins, who posted 20 points. Brookins also posted a block, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Santiago, who put up 12 points.

The victory got St. Petersburg back to even at 2-2. As for Winthrop College Prep Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Petersburg will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Largo at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Winthrop College Prep Academy, they will host Keswick Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
