Volleyball Recap: Lowndes Takes a Loss

Lowndes lost against Glynn Academy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Terrors.

Despite the loss, Lowndes saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Aldyn Harrell had 11 digs.

Lowndes' defeat dropped their record down to 26-11. As for Glynn Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 25-11.

Lowndes wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Camden County on the 4th. As for Glynn Academy, they will take on Richmond Hill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
