Basketball Recap: Grinnell Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Grinnell faced off against Knoxville on Monday. The Grinnell Tigers took a hard 62-45 fall against the Knoxville Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 178th, while the Panthers are ranked 31st).

Grinnell's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Knoxville, the win keeps them at an undefeated 24-0.

As of now, neither Grinnell nor Knoxville have any future games scheduled.
