Baseball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls, falling 15-5. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Fighting Owls from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Austin Beasley was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Anderson-Shiro, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-6.

While Trinity had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
