Softball Recap: Headland Comes Up Short

Headland didn't have quite enough to beat Faith Academy on Monday and fell 4-3. Headland has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Headland saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kynlee Watkins, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run.

Headland's loss dropped their record down to 18-16. As for Faith Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-13-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Headland nor Faith Academy have any future games scheduled.
