Soccer Recap: South Terrebonne Comes Up Short

After flying high against East St. John on Friday, South Terrebonne came back down to earth. The South Terrebonne Gators came up short against the Vandebilt Catholic Terriers on Saturday, falling 5-0. The Gators have struggled against the Terriers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

South Terrebonne's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6-2. As for Vandebilt Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Terrebonne will host Central Lafourche at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vandebilt Catholic, they will be playing at home against Northshore at 5:00 p.m. on January 27th.
