Baseball Recap: North Mac Panthers vs. Lincoln Railsplitters
If North Mac was feeling good fresh off their 12-2 takedown of Edinburg on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lincoln Railsplitters on Friday. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Railsplitters from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.
Luke Alexander made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one run and one double.
North Mac's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Lincoln, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.
