Softball Recap: Childress Bobcats vs. Clarendon Broncos

Childress's last matchup with Clarendon could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Monday. The Childress Bobcats came up short against the Clarendon Broncos, falling 17-6. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 6-4 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Kaylee Felton was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaleigh Ross, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
