With a playoff win on the line, Ballard rose to the challenge on Monday. They put the hurt on the Des Moines Christian Lions with a sharp 73-49 victory. The Bombers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

The win was the third in a row for Ballard, bringing their record for this year to 21-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.3 points. As for Des Moines Christian, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-7.

Coming up, Ballard will challenge MOC-Floyd Valley on March 10th. One thing working in MOC-Floyd Valley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 matches. Des Moines Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
