Brimfield won against Macomb on Tuesday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Indians put the hurt on the Illini Bluffs Tigers with a sharp 8-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won eight matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Brady Johnson, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Brimfield has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games.
