Tim Grice's Big Game Leads C.H. Yoe over Mcgregor
Thanks in part to Tim Grice, C.H. Yoe said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. Grice did his part (and then some), picking up 147 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 91 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 92-yard run.
C.H. Yoe's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Grice and C.H. Yoe will square off against Troy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Sheppard As Rockdale Fell 42-35
While Erik Sheppard delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Rockdale. Little River Academy had no answer to Sheppard as he picked up 124 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Rockdale dropped their record down to 3-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. Sheppard and Rockdale will take on McGregor at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Brody Allen Turns in Season-Best Performance
Little River Academy was led to victory by Brody Allen, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Allen rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 233 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per attempt.
Little River Academy moved to 1-5 with that victory, which also ended their six-game losing streak. Allen and Little River Academy will face off against Franklin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Radyn Hamilton Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Rockdale came up short on Friday despite Radyn Hamilton delivering his best game to date. Hamilton rushed for 59 yards and three touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles.
On the season, Hamilton has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 29 rushing yards per game.

Mcmurtry Made His Presence Known in Troy's 56-34 Loss
Rounding off our Top Five is Joseph Mcmurtry of Troy. Mcmurtry threw for 287 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last four times he's played.
Troy moved to 5-1 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak. Mcmurtry and Troy will face off against C.H. Yoe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
