The Kearney Catholic Stars won the last time they faced the St. Patrick's Irish, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Kearney Catholic blew past St. Patrick's 42-15 at home.
Kearney Catholic found their leader in underclassman Tessa Colling, who scored 15 points along with 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Aibrey Mandernach, who scored 12 points.
The win got Kearney Catholic back to even at 1-1. As for St. Patrick's, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Kearney Catholic will head out on the road to face off against Ord at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Patrick's, they will be playing at home against Maxwell at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
