Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Madison Central's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

Madison Central won the last time they faced West Jessamine and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Madison Central Indians took down the West Jessamine Colts 58-39. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Colts are ranked 118th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Madison Central has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.3 points per game. As for West Jessamine, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-5.

Madison Central has already played their next game (against Whitley County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. It'll be Eastside v.
