Basketball Recap: Buford Piles Up the Points Against Chestatee

Buford's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 73-28 win over the Chestatee War Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Buford now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Chestatee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Buford will square off against Josey at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Chestatee, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Pickens at 7:00 p.m. on December 5.
